Terms of Service: The TWB Community Guidelines

Welcome to TWB! We’ve created this space for travelers, explorers, and adventure-seekers to connect. By using our website or app, you’re agreeing to these terms, so please take a few minutes to read them.

Think of this as our "travel contract"—it keeps the community safe, fun, and respectful for everyone.

1. Who Can Join?

TWB is a community for adults. To create an account, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • Never have been convicted of a felony or any crime involving violence or sexual misconduct.

2. Your Account & Security

You are the captain of your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and honest information about yourself.
  • Keep your login credentials private.
  • Notify us immediately if you think someone else has accessed your account.
  • Be responsible for all activity that happens under your profile.

3. The TWB Vibe: Community Code of Conduct

We want every trip to be a great story. To keep the vibe right, you agree not to:

  • Mislead others: No fake profiles, catfishing, or impersonating someone else.
  • Be disrespectful: No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or offensive content.
  • Commercialize the space: No spamming, selling products, or using the app for professional escort services or human trafficking.
  • Violate Privacy: Do not share other members' private information or photos without their explicit consent.

4. Posting Your Trips & Content

When you post a trip or share a photo, you own it, but you give us a license to show it to other members so the app can function.

  • Quality Control: We manually review public photos to ensure they meet our quality and safety standards.
  • No Illegal Content: Anything involving minors, violence, or illegal acts will result in an immediate ban and a report to the authorities.

5. Subscriptions & "Benefits"

While TWB is free to join, we offer premium features to enhance your experience.

  • Transparent Billing: All purchases are clearly marked. No hidden fees.
  • Manage Your Way: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions directly through your App Store or Google Play settings.

6. Safety First: Verification

We encourage all members to get the Verified Badge. We use real-time liveness checks (gestures) to confirm you are a real person. This builds trust and makes it easier to find a travel partner.

7. Ending the Journey

  • By You: You can delete your account at any time from the app settings.
  • By Us: If you violate these terms or our Child Safety Policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account to protect the community.

8. Liability & Responsibility

TWB is a platform that connects people. While we provide safety tools, you are responsible for your interactions. Always meet in public places for the first time, share your itinerary with friends/family, and trust your instincts. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your meetings or trips.

9. Governing Law

TWB is operated by Little Owl Media S.R.L. in Brașov, Romania. These terms are governed by Romanian law and EU regulations (including the Digital Services Act).
